1. Do you offer delivery?
Yes, we offer delivery for a flat fee of $25 within a 30-mile radius. Additional fee of $5 per 10 miles for orders over 30 miles.
2. How far in advance should I place an order?
We ask that you place your order 72 hours in advance to ensure availability and quality of fresh ingredients.
3. Where are you located?
We are located off exit 28 from 485 in the Charlotte-Concord area.
4. What is the cancellation policy?
We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon possible. If you cancel your order 72 hours or more before the scheduled delivery date, we will issue a full refund. If you cancel order less than 72 hours before the scheduled delivery date, we will issue a credit for a future order. Please note that we cannot issue refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled date.
5. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all Credit & Debit Cards, Apple & Google Pay, or Cash App.
6. How long can I keep my Charcuterie refrigerated?
We recommend serving your charcuterie board the same day, but a board can be placed in the fridge for a few hours leading up to your event. If you plan on serving your board the next day, we can also leave your crackers on the side for you.
